Jenjo Ink Art Classes teach the fundamentals through uniquely designed lesson plans that are fun and educational. All classes are taught by me, Jeanine-Jonee ✏️

So if your child is creative and likes to draw characters or write stories, this will be the perfect place for them to be creative and meet new friends! I bring all supplies needed and at the end of class students get a Jenjo Ink original character sticker to take home!

There are a few ways to participate in Jenjo Ink lessons.
  1. In-Person if you live near Rancho Cucamonga, CA
  2. You are a school or program in Southern California that would like to book Jenjo Ink classes to come to you. Simply either email [email protected] or fill out the interest form at the bottom of the page. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
  3. You can purchase either my workbooks from my website or access my worksheets that are easy to follow at home by either subscribing to my Patreon, or purchasing sets from the online shop.

CLASSES AVAILABLE

Character Design

This class covers drawing and designing characters for cartoons, comics and manga. Learn new techniques, anatomy and other professional tips on how to improve your drawings.

Jr Illustrator

Illustration Techniques uses interactive lessons to convey more advanced drawing strategies to young kids and teens. Class subjects vary by class level and include but are not limited to; Color Theory, Character Drawing, Composition and Layout, Life Drawing, Pen and Ink Techniques, and drawing exercises to get the creativity flowing. 

Comic Strip Creation

A suggested prerequisite to the Comic Book class, Comic Strip focuses on storytelling, composition, and how to properly use the classes more advanced illustration materials. The companion for this class is my Comic Book Beginner workbook which as instructions, examples, and interactive worksheets students use to learnt he basic concepts.

Comic Book Creation

Comic Book Creation guides students through the process of writing, drawing, inking and coloring their own mini comic of 4-6 pages. Process and planning is emphasized in the class alongside storytelling. In this unique project-based-class, more advanced drawing tools are made available to the students such as illustration markers, inking pens, and specialty crafted panel templates.

Children's Book Creation

Students plan and write their own stories in a hard cover book they get to keep and take home on the last day of class. This class is about expressing your child's imagination through storytelling and colorful pictures. Additional lessons included in this class are layout, composition, and storytelling.
